The project involved the construction of a 4 story over basement building, with attached chapel on the outskirts of Waterford City.
The 10,577m2 area includes 48no. bedrooms with associated communal areas, 22 no. apartments and 22 no. convent bedrooms.
Along with creating designs to meet the specific requirements of this nursing home, we also integrated design solutions enabling the home to reduce their carbon footprint and lower associated running costs, this was achieved and is monitored to verify the major savings made.
