Completed Over 2 Phases, the works included the refurbishment and extension of the existing Harbour Master Building at Dunmore East. This required refurbishment and upgrading works to the existing level 1 accommodation, new stairwell and lift core to connect new 2 storey administration and harbour users facilities – to include new roof level observation room and ancillary external terrace areas.
A glass-walled eagle’s nest-style office sits atop the new multi-functional Harbour Services building, the new building provides for office space, meeting rooms, canteen, toilets, changing areas and ancillary accommodation with quality-finished visitors washroom and shower facilities – including a launderette.
