This project consisted of the complete refurbishment of 2 no. terrace, three bay, three storey late Georgian houses of circa 1830. These restored buildings now act as the headquarters for Camida Ltd., specialist chemical distributors.
At the outset of the project, when the client had first considered purchasing these two Georgian Buildings, we were invited to view the buildings as part of the design team proposed.
These buildings, specifically the rear section to include the annex to the rear (formerly stables) were in very poor condition, and in part left vacant for years. The brief was to refurbish the entire building to change from existing dwellings to office facilities, offering an exciting and vibrant new workplace for the Staff of Camida Ltd.
